Collaboration applications are designed to create an environment in which users can easily increase productivity. Users have traditionally used collaboration tools in a static manner. When a phone is call is needed, you had to look up a number to dial. To introduce that call to a conference, you had to manually place the call on hold, search for a number, and hope the person you were dialing was available to be conferenced in. To introduce a web conference to the call, you had drop off the call, send out an invite, and then get back on the conference bridge. To introduce video, you had drop all communications and start a separate video conference call.
Meridian helps clients bridge all of those disparate entities into a singular experience for the end user. By enabling those features with a simple click of a button, we introduce companies to a new means of collaboration simplification by reducing the collaborative complexity. Instead of users being confused by what technologies to use and when, embedded collaboration tools empower the users with the ability to choose how, what, and when to collaborate at their convenience.
